eMobits on-board computer app comes with a back office system www.emobits.com. On the portal you can follow live on a map where your vehicles are located, whether they are moving, at what speed vehicles are moving and in which direction. All this is quickly made visible to you with various methods without you having to click on anything.

The functionalities of the portal where eMobit's on-board computer app is linked:

• In the portal you can see how long the drivers have been logged in to the app and what activities the vehicles are engaged in. You can also consult historical data in the cockpit. You can: either display this historical data on a map in the form of a route driven, or you can view in a table which activities were carried out when and for how long.
• The portal has a task window, in which you can monitor which tasks are on the device, which tasks your driver is working on and which tasks still need to be performed.
• You also have access to a message center in the portal. In the message center you can follow live all communication / message exchange between you and all your vehicles. You can also create a new message here and send it to your vehicle. It is also possible to send group messages.
