PDF To Order

PDF To Order is one of the most important tool used in e-Lips Community. Transport companies receive a lot of orders from customers every day. Transport planners then spend hours creating the transport orders in the transport management system.

Erniesoft automates this entire process, we can read all transport orders that come in as a PDF file with this tool into Erniesoft's e-Lips transport management system.

The orders that are read first appear in the input screen of order creation in e-Lips TMS, so that the planners can still make changes to the order. After saving, the transport order immediately appears on the planning board of e-Lips TMS.

All relevant information of the PDF transport order can be viewed on the planning board. Think of the loading/unloading locations, container number, tare weight, customer reference and activities. In addition, the PDF transport order that you received from your customer is archived as an attachment in the order.
