e-Lips Community

e-Lips community is the collaboration platform of e-Lips TMS. All e-Lips users can collaborate digitally through the community.

For example, you can exchange orders with each other or you can offer redundant orders or respond to offered orders.

Within the Community there are several services that can be used by e-Lips TMS users.

Placing an order in the Community:

Transport companies can place unlimited orders in the Community. One of the services is the platform where carriers can offer rides. Carriers can find rides to avoid expensive empty rides.

Accepting orders from the Community:

Transport companies can accept unlimited orders from the Community. One of the services is the platform where carriers can accept rides. Transporters can find rides to avoid expensive empty rides.

PDF To Order:

PDF To Order is the tool that is used to read the PDF transport orders into e-Lips TMS with 1 mouse click. After successfully reading in the orders, the orders immediately appear on the planning board of e-Lips TMS. The information on the PDF transport order can be viewed on the planning board and the original PDF orders are archived as an attachment to the orders. This saves transport companies a lot of time.

Avantida link(ReUse):

Applications for the reuse of containers go through Avantida. For e-Lips Community users, this means that they no longer have to request reuse separately. Within e-Lips Community you can request the reuse of containers. This results in a nice time saving.
