With e-Lips RDA it is possible to create sales and purchase invoices in your own corporate identity with just a few clicks. Completed transport orders can be collected into new invoices via the ‘invoice-collect’ function. Created invoices can be printed out and sent digitally based on available reports in your own corporate identity.

UBL invoice

UBL is a format for invoices that you send to customers. Your customers can automatically process UBL invoices in their accounting. This saves them time, prevents mistakes and in some cases even gets paid faster. With e-Lips RDA it is possible to invoice electronically. In addition to a PDF invoice file, you can also send a UBL invoice for your transport with your e-mail. Your customers benefit from the advantage of automatically processing the UBL invoices in their accounting.
