All Digital

You communicate with everyone involved digitally!

All data on "internet" highway.

"Information comes and goes, all over the digital highway".

"You will not receive a telephone call, a fax message or an emailĀ  containing order information, drivers will not receive printed transport orders... Everything is going digital".

What is all digital?

In short, everything goes through computers, tablets, telephones and on-board computers. From receiving orders, making a schedule, managing material and drivers to drawing up and sending invoices, everything goes paperless, but also without direct contact (by telephone).

Systems talk to each other, send and receive data from each other according to pre-agreed agreements.

Why all digital?

Working digitally has numerous advantages for all parties. The most important advantage is that errors are prevented. How? Because the same data does not have to be recorded again and again, so it cannot go wrong. In addition, the information flow is fast in both directions. If information is known in 1 system, it is immediately forwarded to the other systems. Everyone can quickly use available information so that the processes are carried out faster.

At the bottom of the line, digitizing should give you two important gains. First of all, your service level towards your clients must have improved significantly. And second, you should be able to quickly invoice jobs and get your invoices paid because data between your system and your client is synchronized.

How all digital?

For starters, you need to receive orders digitally. Erniesoft currently has more than 120 different links with companies to receive assignments digitally.

After that, your driver must be equipped with the eMobits app from Erniesoft. Then you can digitally forward trips that you have made and planned to your driver with 1 mouse click. If your driver completes the tasks on his phone, he/she immediately feeds e-Lips with valuable information such as times, but also with weights, seal numbers, container numbers, scan of CMR, weight ticket, interchange, etc.

Then e-Lips sends real-time information back to your clients. She does this, for example, with the communicator.

In the evening hours, completed journeys are automatically charged according to the rate book in e-Lips. A day later or at the end of the week, the invoices are made and sent by email, including a read-in file for your customer's accounting system. Then they do not have to enter the invoice manually.
