With e-Lips Transport Management System it is possible to have the contracts made in e-Lips TMS executed automatically at preset times. The driven journeys are automatically assigned a rate and invoiced to the customer, including the attachments such as the CMR. The planning screen shows whether or not an assignment has a CMR. It is also possible to set that an order without a CMR is not quoted and invoiced.
The invoice processing process is fully automated at HM Group. At HM Group, the journeys are automatically priced and the invoices are automatically emailed to the clients on the basis of preset triggers.
